4 ingredient crunch bars

You guys asked and I delivered! These copy cat crunch bars are so good and seriously SO EASY to make!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 cup puffed quinoa

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small pot over med-low heat, melt the dark chocolate, coconut oil, and almond butter.

  2. Once melted together, remove from the heat and stir in the puffed quinoa.

  3. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and pour in the chocolate quinoa mixture.

  4. Spread the mixture out into an even layer.

  5. Set in the freezer for at least 40 minutes.

  6. Cut into bars and enjoy!
