blueberry banana baked oats

vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free

 

These baked oats are by far my most popular recipe...and I can understand why! They really make for the coziest breakfast during the winter. Plus, adding a spoonful of Oat Haus Granola Butter on top makes them extra dreamy. I highly recommend :)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 mashed banana

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • Cinnamon to taste

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein

  • 1/4 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

  3. Pour into an oven-safe bowl.

  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
