chocolate chip tahini muffins

Chocolate chip muffins have been my favorite thing to bake on snow days ever since I was a kid. Had to continue the tradition today with these gf, df, and refined sf CHOCOLATE CHIP TAHINI MUFFINSšŸ¤ā„ļø Huge thanks to Woodstock for sending over a cute New Years package with a jar of their tahini. I couldnā€™t have made these with itā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ā£

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 3/4 cup tahini

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • Mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a muffin tin with liners. (Makes about 8 muffins)

  2. In a small bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.

  3. Fold in the dry ingredients.

  4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop batter into each liner.

  5. Bake for about 12 minutes.
