Chocolate chip muffins have been my favorite thing to bake on snow days ever since I was a kid. Had to continue the tradition today with these gf, df, and refined sf CHOCOLATE CHIP TAHINI MUFFINSš¤āļø Huge thanks to Woodstock for sending over a cute New Years package with a jar of their tahini. I couldnāt have made these with itā¤ļøāš„ā£

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup tahini
1 egg
1/4 cup maple syrup
Mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F and line a muffin tin with liners. (Makes about 8 muffins)
In a small bowl, mix all the wet ingredients together.
Fold in the dry ingredients.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop batter into each liner.
Bake for about 12 minutes.
