I made these birthday themed Granola Butter Brownies for my 17th and they were sooooo fudgy and decadent! Honestly Kween Granola Butter (affiliate link) makes EVERYTHING 100x better, but if you haven't gotten your hands on any yet, you can definitely use another nut butter like almond, peanut, or cashew (It just won't be nut-free anymore).

INGREDIENTS:
1 flax egg (Mix 3 tbsp water with 1 tbsp ground flax. Let mixture thicken for 5 minutes.)
1/3 cup Kween Granola Butter (plus some extra to swirl)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup + 3 tbsp almond milk (sub any plant milk)
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Sprinkles
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Mix all wet ingredients together in a small bowl.
Add the dry ingredients (except the sprinkles) to the wet and mix.
Spread batter evenly into the pan.
Dip a knife or toothpick into a little bit of granola butter and swirl it throughout the top of the batter.
Top with as many sprinkles as you like.
Bake for about 10 minutes and let set for 5 minutes out of the oven before cutting into.
