maple tahini granola

vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free

 

MAPLE TAHINI GRANOLA aka the best granola you will ever have in your life :))) I made it yesterday and it's already gone...like I knew it would be good but I didn't expect it to be THAT good. This was my first time baking with tahini so I wasn't really sure what to expect but it definitely won't be the last!! Just look at the big clusters UGH you guys have to make it! You can put it on top of smoothies, yogurt, eat it like cereal with milk, or even just snack on it plain. Best part is it's vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup runny tahini

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup cashews

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • Cinnamon to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix together all the dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Add the tahini and maple syrup and mix until it's all combined.

  4. Spread mixture out in an even layer on the parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes and then let cool completely!

  6. Break up into clusters as big or as small as you want.
