vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar-free
Two of my current favorites: no-bake recipes and TAHINI! I finished a container of tahini within a week and I need to get more asap. I have these No-Bake Choco Chip Tahini Cookies to enjoy though!! They're vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. So easy to make and you can store them in the freezer for a ready-to-go treat whenever you want one (or two, or three!)
INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop vanilla plant protein
2 tbsps oats
2 tbsps oat flour
3 tbsps maple syrup
1/3 cup runny tahini
Mini chocolate chips
Flaky salt
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, combine the protein powder, oats, and oat flour.
Add the maple syrup and tahini, and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Form dough into little cookies and place on a parchment-lined plate, pan, container, etc.
Top with some flaky salt and freeze for at least 15 minutes.
