s'mores protein bites

vegan, gluten-free

 

Happy s'mores szn!! Starting off the first of many s'mores inspired recipes with these delish vegan S'mores Protein Bites!!! This was my first time making my own protein bites so I honestly wasn't sure how it was gonna go, but they came out AMAZING. Expect more flavors in the future :)))) Ok I'm done rambling now LOL here's the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup oat flour

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein

  • 2 gf graham crackers, finely crushed (2 big rectangles or 4 squares)

  • 3 tbsps maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup runny almond butter

  • Handful of vegan mini marshmallows

  • Handful of mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients (except marshmallows and chocolate chips) to a food processor and pulse until a dough forms.

  2. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.

  3. Roll into balls (I made 10) and freeze for at least 15 minutes before eating.

  4. Store extra in the freezer!
