salted cashew cookie dough fudge

vegan, gluten-free

 

You guys. This freezer fudge is SO GOOD. 100% one of my favorite recipes I've ever made. Trying to photograph this got a little messy because it was melting in my hands hahah but so worth it!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup creamy cashew butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

  • Sprinkle of flaky salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Lay a sheet of parchment paper down.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the cashew butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil.

  3. Once a dough forms, fold in the chocolate chips.

  4. Spread dough into an even layer on the parchment paper.

  5. Sprinkle some flaky salt on top.

  6. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. Cut into small squares.
