v-day cake truffles

vegan, gluten-free

 

Valentine’s Day might not be for another 3 weeks but that sure didn’t stop me from using cute heart sprinkles now😌 Save these V-DAY CAKE TRUFFLES for when you’re in need of an easy, no-bake, vegan & gluten-free Valentine’s themed recipe!!💖❤️🤍

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 scoop (19.5 g) KOS chocolate plant protein

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • Heart sprinkles

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, and chocolate protein.

  2. Add the almond butter and maple syrup, and mix until a dough forms.

  3. Roll into about 9 balls and set in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil.

  5. Coat each ball in chocolate and top with sprinkles.

  6. Set in the freezer for another 5 minutes.

  7. Enjoy and store extra in the freezer!
