This recipe was literally an accident...I was trying to make no-bake cookies for ice cream sandwiches but they came out super fudgey so here we are LOL. Freezer fudge it is!

This recipe is perfect for when you're in the mood to bake something, but it's too hot outside to put the oven on...aka TODAY if the weather for you is anything like what it is in NJ right now.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter

  • 3 tbsps maple syrup

  • 3 tbsps oat flour

  • 1/3 cup crushed Newman-O's (about 3 cookies, remove the filling, and you can sub regular/gf oreos if you prefer)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Dough should be thick and sticky.

  3. Transfer dough from bowl to a sheet of parchment paper and fold the excess paper over on top of the dough so you can flatten it out with your hands.

  4. You can make the fudge layer as thick or as thin as you want it to be!

  5. Freeze for at least 20-25 minutes.
