vegan protein yogurt bark

vegan, gluten-free option

 

This is the prettiest yogurt bark ever...and so perfect for a July 4th themed snack. You can easily customize this with whatever toppings you like, but strawberries and blueberries are perfect for this weekend! I posted a Tik Tok of me making this if you wanna check that out too :)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 container dairy-free vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla plant protein

  • Chopped strawberries

  • Blueberries

  • Any cereal/granola (use gluten-free if necessary)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Line a small baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.

  2. Mix plant protein with yogurt, and spread mixture in an even layer on the parchment paper.

  3. Top with your berries and cereal.

  4. Freeze until yogurt is set and you can break it up into pieces!
